1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and barbar365 ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the barbar365 website located at barbar365.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the barbar365 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

barbar365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the barbar365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. barbar365 operates a strict 21+ age policy for all casino and sports betting activities. Proof of age may be requested at any time during account verification.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, automated system, or agent acting on behalf of another) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from the Platform or any affiliated gambling programme.
• You must not be accessing the Platform as a representative of any media, research, or regulatory body for the purpose of monitoring, reporting, or gathering evidence without the prior written consent of barbar365.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the barbar365 Platform. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

4Account Registration

To access barbar365's full range of services, Players must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Accuracy of Information: You are required to provide truthful and accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. barbar365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of this information.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing withdrawals or in response to risk assessment triggers, barbar365 may require Players to complete a KYC verification process. Acceptable identification documents include a Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may also be required.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Account Suspension: barbar365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that the Account is being used in violation of these Terms, or if the registered information is found to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete.
• One Account Per Person: Registering multiple Accounts under the same identity, household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

5Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to barbar365 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following Malaysian payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (Bank Negara Malaysia's real-time interbank transfer system)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, RHB, and other participating Malaysian banks via the Financial Process Exchange (FPX) gateway

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per time period, as communicated within the cashier section of the Platform.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. barbar365 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• barbar365 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which barbar365 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your Account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of the transaction.
• barbar365 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity.

6Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of cleared funds (real-money balance, excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). barbar365 will not process withdrawals from Accounts where KYC requirements have not been satisfied.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during peak periods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Right to Withhold: barbar365 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of due diligence checks, fraud investigations, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.

7Bonuses & Promotions

barbar365 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods as specified on the relevant promotion page.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address applies.
• Bonus Funds must be used before Real Money Funds unless the Platform's cashier system processes them in a different order as disclosed.
• barbar365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any amendments do not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or engaging in bonus-hunting strategies that exploit low house-edge games — may have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all gaming and betting activity conducted on the barbar365 Platform:

• Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of live play. barbar365 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to the rules of the respective sporting body and the Platform's own sportsbook rules. barbar365 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, technical failures, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed within the game interface or betting slip. These limits may differ by game type, player tier, and promotional period.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if it was placed on an event that was cancelled, postponed beyond a specified threshold, or subject to an obvious pricing error. In the event of a void bet, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game session, barbar365 will endeavour to restore the session to its last known state. Where this is not possible, barbar365's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the barbar365 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known software errors are not payable and will be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or proceeds of fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward barbar365 staff or other players via any communication channel.

10Responsible Gambling

barbar365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all registered users upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Time alerts that notify Players when a pre-set session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of the Account for a specified period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to allow Players time away from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Gambling is intended for entertainment only and should never be viewed as a means of generating income, recovering debt, or solving financial problems. 11Intellectual Property

All content on the barbar365 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and trade names — is the exclusive property of barbar365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of barbar365.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Use any barbar365 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, barbar365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connection interruptions, or system errors beyond barbar365's reasonable control.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, or FPX.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

barbar365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Amendments to These Terms

barbar365 reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, barbar365 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the registered address on file.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any relevant transaction, bet, or dispute shall govern that matter, unless superseded by a subsequently agreed revision.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which barbar365 operates its Platform.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and barbar365, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through barbar365's internal customer support and disputes process. Players should contact support via the live chat channel to raise a formal dispute. barbar365 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Class-action claims against barbar365 are not permitted under these Terms.
